For many of us, spring is a time to start fresh.  We are excited to see longer days filled with warmth.

This is also a time that real estate agents should consider getting things underway for a great time of year to sell.  As we know, many families do not wish to disrupt their children's school year.  With this in mind many of th families looking at moving have already started their search.  Now you just have to figure out how to drive them to you.

With the change in the the buying climate in todays market, agents are faced with many additional challenges.  I addition, the effectiveness of various mediums have drastically changed.  Many of these changes have not been seen by today's sellers.  Many sellers are accustomed to the old ways of marketing real estate and continue to expect agents to maintain these old ways.  With numerous new avenues to increase exposure of properties it is increasingly more difficult to manage clients expectations.
